Green Star – Design & As Built & Interiors
Single Project Certification
For an As Built Certified Rating, the following fees apply.
An interim Design Review Certified Rating is optional and is included in the fees outlined below. The Certification fee is payable in full upon registration.
From 1 July 2023 pricing will increase by 5% with changes to some bands. For projects registered under legacy tools (i.e Green Star NZ v3, Interiors v3 or 2009 version), fees will increase to be in line with all Design & As Built project fees.

Green Star – Performance certification
Green Star – Performance certification fees are based on the number of buildings to be certified and is a three-year commitment. The annual fee is locked in for three years upon registration, with annual fees invoiced at registration, the submission of the Year 1 Audit (approx. 12 months after certification), and the submission of the Year 2 Audit (approx. 24 months after certification).

Discounts are available for Councils and University Campuses - AUS$36,600 for members, AUS$41,600 for non-members
