Exciting changes coming
We're moving to a new website and customer relationship management system - a major shift to support you and your clients advocating, rating, and educating the sector to build healthier, more sustainable homes and buildings.
Through a more customer-centric platform, we hope to make your interactions with us easier and make sure you have the best possible access to tools and information you need to deliver first class advice, certifications and drive change.
Logging in will be disabled from Thursday 9 November
Over the next few weeks our developers and the team will be working hard to migrate data to the new system, add final flourishes to new content, and iron out any bumps before release. To ensure a smooth transition, we need to freeze our current website for a time. As a result, you will no longer be able to login to your dashboard from Thursday 9 November. We expect this will last two weeks.
You will still be able to browse our website, download documents and resources, and view our calendar of events and training courses. However, during this time you will no longer be able to update your profile, access member-only or qualified professional-only pages and resources, or register for upcoming events, webinars or training.

On-demand videos and CPD points
During that time, on-demand videos will be offline. We appreciate this will impact those needing CPD points. If your professional qualification is due to renew this month the team will be in touch individually.
Accessing Homestar and Green Star technical documents
For those involved in Green Star or Homestar certification, some technical resources currently behind a login will no longer be available until after the transition. If you require specific documents or have any queries, please get in touch with the Green Star or Homestar teams who will be able to provide copies.
